Engraving, Personalization And General Information

Items will be engraved exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters. Please enter and review your personalization carefully. We will personalize your gift exactly as you enter the text. Please note, all dates are engraved using hyphens (example: 10-6-2007).

Here are some guidelines for personalization:

Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, or *.

Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear.

We are unable to reproduce international characters (characters with accents marks, umlauts, etc.). Please enter only characters that appear on standard American keyboards.

If you want a product personalized with an "s" or " īs ", please enter it as part of your personalization. ( Please refer to the product image for a sample of the personalization font and style.)

If we are uncertain as to your intentions, we will contact you for clarification before we process your order.

Font Styles

We personalize each gift with the font as it is pictured. You will notice font styles do vary from product to product. This cannot be changed. We can only personalize your gift with the font pictured.

Monograms

If you would like a Monogram, please specify "Monogram Font" and provide the initials in this order: First, Last, Middle. You will be prompted for this information on the item page

Returns:

Returns/Exchanges/Damages Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to Treasured Designs for inspection must be properly packaged; Treasured Designs will not be responsible for any further damages due to improper return packaging. Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have an RA NUMBER before returning.

Treasured Designs will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. Treasured Designs will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS ground service only.

Shipping:

Most items are shipped between 2-3 working days.Large orders will take extra time, so please allow 2-3 weeks if you are ordering for a special event.All orders are shipped UPS ground, unless you specify your order to be expedited. Please place your gift orders for events at least 3 weeks prior to event date.This will help alleviate rush-shipping charges.

Some orders are heavier and may require extra shipping charges. If this is the case, you will be notified with the extra shipping cost before the order is fulfilled or shipped.

Gift Wrapping

Please note that we are unable to offer gift wrapping on engraved items due to the items being shipped directly to our customers from our engraver.We can, however, enclose a gift message from you to your gift recipient. If you would like a gift message enclosed, please include it in the gift message section provided during check out.
